In our 18 years of operation, we have developed into one of the most prominent after-sales service providers for laptops, tablets, electronics and photovoltaics. Our work relies on a professional approach, state-of-the-art technical equipment, communication with the customer, transparent prices and fair negotiations. We continuously educate and train technicians to repair new models of equipment.
We are an official MSI and WORX warranty service, which means we have direct access to genuine parts and the know-how to quickly and efficiently resolve any issues with your devices. In addition, we provide after-sales service for all brands, whether it’s minor electronics or heavy-duty computer and laptop repairs.
We also work with contracted insurance companies Mall.cz by Allegro and SV pojišt’ovna, which means we can seamlessly arrange repairs to save you time and hassle. Our service is focused on quality, reliability and your satisfaction.
We also specialize in technical support and warranty service for photovoltaic systems from GoodWe, Dyness. Our experts provide maintenance, repair and performance optimization for batteries and inverters.
Our headquarters are located in Kladno, where we have a main service centre equipped with modern technologies and experts ready to solve all your technical problems. In addition, we have a shop in Prague 6, which allows us easy access to our customers in the capital and its surroundings. At both locations we strive to provide a high level of service and maximum convenience for our clients.

How our company has evolved.
NBSERVIS was founded in 2008 with the aim of providing top service and support in the field of electronics not only for individuals but also for companies. Our journey began several years ago in Kladno, where we opened our first service branch. Our vision was to offer quality and reliable repairs of electronic equipment to help customers keep their technology in perfect condition.
From the beginning, we have focused on building a strong team of professionals and expanding our services. Through our efforts and dedication, we have become the official warranty service for the renowned MSI and Worx brands, allowing us to provide our customers with the highest level of service with access to genuine parts and technical information. We have also worked with multinational companies such as Amazon, Toshiba and Dell.
Over the years, we have expanded our services to include after-sales service for all brands and have begun to specialize in the repair and maintenance of photovoltaic systems. We are proud to provide technical support for the GoodWe and Dyness brands, expanding our portfolio to include quality and performance assurance of PV batteries and inverters.
Our headquarters in Kladno has expanded into modern offices and premises of over 600 m² and 1200 m² of warehouse space. This space allows us to efficiently manage our services and provide fast and reliable repairs and maintenance. Thanks to our extensive premises and modern facilities, we are able to respond quickly to our customers’ needs and provide them with the highest level of service.
Our efforts to improve our services led us to open a branch in Prague. This expansion has enabled us to better serve our clients in the capital and surrounding areas, offering them convenient access to our expert services.
