Repair process

A successfully repaired device does not mean the situation, where broken device was in the beginning and repaired device is in the end. In our company we believe that successful repair means fast and comfortable hand-over of your device, fast and accurate free-of-charge diagnosis, fast and precise repair and perfect expedition of repaired device back to the customer. And also full-time online information about ongoing repair of your device. With minimal effort to you.

All the time we deal with your device it is protected by special foil cover and travels in its own plastic box. Complete without any damages or scratches. We ship your device back in the excatly same package as it arrived.

1. Hand over the device

You can bring your device personally to one of our branches or ship it (or order our pick-up service) We will fill out service form and input all information into our CRM. Afterward your device is covered with protective foil and all parts are signed with labels.

2. Diagnosis

Diagnosis is always free of charge and usually takes 3 business days.

3. Price offer

Once diagnosis is finished we will send either you price offer in PDF to your e-mail or call you.

4. Price offer accept / decline

In case you confirm price offer your device is going to be repaired. Otherwise we will ship it back in the same state it was delivered.

5. Repair realization

Your device will be repaired in the term announced in the price offer. We would let you know if anything should be changed.

6. Pick-up/shipping and payment

When your device is repaired we will ship it back to you or you can pick it up personally. Payment is in cash to the driver or cash/card at our branches.
